Leslie Anne Strand

With nearly three decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, my journey has taken me across the U.S. and Canada, caring for patients in diverse settings. In 2017, seeking to challenge myself further, I began Travel Nursing in the North, working in rural and remote areas of British Columbia and Manitoba. These experiences have shaped my nursing journey and deepened my passion for patient care for these often underserved communities where compassionate, skilled care is deeply needed. I am still actively working as a Travel Nurse, continuing to embrace the challenges and rewards of this unique role.

Like many during the COVID-19 pandemic, I faced unexpected skin challenges from prolonged mask-wearing, triggering allergic reactions and ongoing sensitivity. This personal experience sparked a deep curiosity and passion for skincare—leading me to transition into the world of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetic Injectables.

During the pandemic, I completed my Dermal Fillers and Botox injection course with the School of Natural Medical Aesthetics, where I also received my Medical Aesthetics training. To further expand my expertise, I pursued advanced training with the International Academy of Aesthetics in Beverly Hills, CA obtaining the Certified Courses in Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Fillers.  I have completed the Botulinum Toxin & Dermal Filler Complications Mastery courses with Dr. Tim Pearce through SkinViva Academy. I am currently enhancing my skills with the 8D Lip Design course and the PRO TOX course, also under the guidance of Dr. Pearce.

My love for skincare goes back to my twenties, when I first discovered Dermalogica. No matter how many lines I explored, I always returned to its results-driven formulas. That loyalty led me to formal education with Dermalogica, empowering me to assess, treat, and guide clients more effectively on their skincare journeys. I’m currently working toward my Dermalogica Expert certification—further aligning science-backed skincare with personalized care.

I am incredibly excited to begin this new venture with both old friends and new. I truly believe that the right team has come together to create something extraordinary for the men and women of Regina, and I look forward to helping them look and feel their very best.
